SAFE-NOW Walk a Mile in Her Shoes 2026

Welcome to SAFE-NOW's 9th annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes fundraiser Walk. Grab your friends, join us and walk a symbolic "mile" wearing high heels....if you dare! Technically, it's really ONLY 1/2 Mile. No heels? No worries you can borrow ours. Can't walk in heels? Come anyway and walk in your comfy shoes. Walk as an individual; create a team; or join a team!!! All proceeds go to support SAFE-NOW a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides Forensic medical Exams and Advocacy to victims of sexual assault, rape, child abuse, domestic violence and strangulation.

Schedule:

• Saturday, April 18th, 2026
• 9:30 am Registration Begins
• 10:00 am Walk begins

Registration Fees:

$25 - All Categories: Bring Your Own Heels, No Heels, Borrow Our Heels

• Our Heels are available on a first-come basis (ONLY MEN's sizes 9 - 13).
• Kids 9 and under are free (No event T-shirt included).
• T-shirts are GUARANTEED for all participants who register BEFORE April 6th.

Awards:

Prizes for: "Largest Team"; "Most Money Raised - Individual"; "Most Money Raised - Team"

T-Shirts:

Kids sizes: M, L. Adult sizes: S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL.

NO PETS ALLOWED! No skateboards, rollerblades, scooters etc.

In the event of a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, all registration fees will be considered a donation to SAFE-NOW.
