Event Description:

The 2026 Sault International Festival of Races will take place September 26-27, 2026. Races will begin at 8:00am on both Saturday (5 Mile Bridge Run) and Sunday (Half Marathon, 5K Run, and 5K Walk). The 5 Mile Bridge Run runs across the International Bridge on Day 1 (Saturday), starting and finishing at the LSSU Arts Center. The Half Marathon and 5K races on Day 2 (Sunday) start/finish near downtown Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan and do not cross the International Bridge.

Packet Pickup:

Early Packet Pickup: Friday, September 25th, 3-7pm at LSSU Arts Center Main Lobby.

Race Day Packet Pickup: Day 1 at LSSU Arts Center (6:30am-7:45am). Day 2 at Bird's Eye Outfitters (6:30-7:45am).

Awards:

Unique medals for all participants. Awards for Overall, Master, Grand Master, and Age Group winners for each race.

Parking:

Free parking at LSSU Norris Center Parking Lots A & B for Day 1. Downtown parking and specific lots near Market Square for Day 2.

Aid Stations & Refreshments:

Aid stations will be available on course for all races. Post-race refreshments include water, gatorade, fruit, snacks, and more.
