This is a Female Only Event hosted by Girls Who Run DFW.

The Scoop Into Summertime 5K is bringing all the sunny miles and sweet vibes! Hosted by Girls Who Run DFW, this female-only 5K is all about celebrating strong women, community, and running (or walking!) into summer together. Expect high-energy encouragement, fun vibes, and of course a delicious sweet finish that’s totally worth the run. Whether you’re chasing a PR or just here for the fun, grab your girls and come scoop up some summertime miles with us! 🍨✨

The Little Scoops dash registration includes a custom bib and finisher medal.

Awards:

Age groups will be awarded 3 deep in the following divisions for the 5k event: 0-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.

Race Day Schedule:

• Early Packet Pick up: TBD
• Packet Pick-Up: 6:00AM - 8:00AM (RACE DAY)
• Little Scoops Dash: 7:30AM
• National Anthem & Announcements: 7:45AM
• 5K Start: 8:00AM
• Course Closes: 10:00AM

From cheering runners and handing out medals to helping with check-in and water stations, your support keeps the race day magic running smoothly.
