Course Description: 7 mile and 4 mile courses start with a short paved road stretch before entering moderately technical and flowing park trails that gradually climb and descend Sharp's Ridge. The Kids Trail Mile is entirely on trail.

Start Times: 7 Mile and 4 Mile races start at 8:00 am. Kids Race starts at 7:30 am.

Registration Fee: Fees vary by course. KTC member discounts are available. Special series registration offers and bundle deals are also mentioned.

Series Information: This event is part of the Treadin' Trodden Trails series. T-shirts are available for the series, and series awards are given. Membership in KTC and volunteering may be required for series awards.

Safety Policies: No headsets, earphones, bicycles, baby strollers, roller blades, or pets on the course. Runners are encouraged to carry their own water. Runners under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in adult races. An 18:00/mile minimum pace will be enforced.
