Get ready – the Shropshire Mud Run, the ultimate mud run and obstacle challenge, is back and it’s bigger, better and muddier than ever!

Brace yourself for the mother of all obstacle courses, with river crossings, head dunks, climbs, crawls & water slides. There is the option to complete the Run in 5k or 10k distances.

This is an untimed event so go at your own pace – complete it as a team, with friends and family* or as fast as you can. No matter how long it takes, you can congratulate yourself for a fantastic achievement as you cross the finish line.

Run for fun, for a challenge, or to raise money for a charity – whatever your reason for running, we can’t wait to have you with us on the day.

Children must be aged 8 years and over to participate. Any participants aged 8-15 years must be accompanied by an adult around the course. Maximum ratio of 3 children: 1 adult. Children aged 16-17 years must have a responsible adult onsite.
