Sonder & Friends Oktoberfest 5K Run/Walk and Kids Root Beer Run is back! Join us at Sonder Brewing for a day filled with fun and festivities. Enjoy German-inspired beers from local breweries, delicious festive food, kids' activities, live music, and an all-day festival atmosphere! Race participants will receive a free beer ticket (or root beer for the kids) and a finisher medal to celebrate their achievement. Lace up your running shoes, conquer the course, and stick around for the ultimate Oktoberfest after-party!

Want to join the Oktoberfest celebration but not interested in running? With Sip & Support, you can be part of the fun and change a child’s life—no sneakers required. What’s Sip & Support? $35 = 1 child’s care for 1 month. Your registration helps provide food, clothing, education, and loving care for an orphaned or vulnerable child who has been rescued from abandonment or abuse—and is still waiting for a sponsor. EVENT DETAILS

Sonder & Friends Oktoberfest 5K run/walk and Kids Root Beer Run, hosted at Sonder Brewing. 7 local breweries serving German beers, festive food, kids activities, live music and all day festival! Participants receive free beer ticket or root beer, along with a finisher medal. Join us for the race and then stay for the after party. Medals for ALL FINISHERS and awards for top 3 male/female finishers. Prizes for the largest team and best individual and team Oktoberfest costumes. Strollers welcome along with well behaved dogs on leash.

KIDS ROOT BEER RUN

The Root Beer Run 10 yard or 50 yard fun dash. It takes place after the 5K on the course and ends over the finish line. Registered kids receive their own swag bag, root beer, sweet treat and finisher medal! Groups will be divided by age (toddler - 10 years of age): 3 years and under (10 yard dash) *parents welcomed to run alongside their toddler4-5 years (50 yard dash)6-7 (50 yard dash)8-10 years (50 yard dash)
