South Wales 200 2025

Push yourself to new limits as you take part in a special 200 mile ultra. This hilly route is not for the faint-hearted with 30,187ft of climbing over 200 miles to be completed in 120 hours. It will be tough, but the picturesque Welsh trails will reward you throughout.

Event Details

The South Wales 200 mile ultra is a point-to-point race that traverses the stunning landscapes of the Brecon Beacons National Park and the Black Mountains. Runners will experience a total elevation gain of 29,583 feet, making this a challenging yet rewarding event.

Logistics

The race will start on Wednesday, 21st May 2025, at 6:00 am. Runners are encouraged to arrive early to prepare. There will be checkpoints approximately every 25 miles, providing aid stations with food, drinks, and medical support.
