Spring Fling - Fort Worth
The Spring Fling - Fort Worth is a running race held on Sunday, April 19, 2026 in Fort Worth, TX. - Kids Dash: Approximately 50 meters, designed for kids 10 and under.
- 1 Mile Run: A scenic jog suitable for all ages and experience levels.
- 5k Run: 3.11 miles with chip timing, trophies, and age group awards.
- 10k Run: 6.22 miles with chip timing, trophies, and age group awards.
- Volunteer then Run 5K: Combine volunteering with a 5K run.
- Virtual Run: Participate from anywhere.
Awards will be given to top finishers in each event and age category. Refreshments and snacks will be available at the finish line. The race proceeds rain or shine.
