About the Event
Sproul 10k - June 20, 2026
Welcome to the 19th annual Sproul 10K, also known as the "Toughest 10K in PA". It's 3 miles to the top of McCloskey Mountain and 3.5 miles screaming downhill to the finish. The Sproul 10K is part of the Rocksylvania Trail Series--Slate Division and the newly added 5K is part of the Sandstone Division. Registration closes June 1st at 11pm.
Where: Western Clinton Sportsman's Association Clubhouse--161 Sportsman's Lane, North Bend PA 17760
How: Registration opens December 18th at 8pm and open to the first 300 runners. There are NO REFUNDS, NO DEFERRALS, NO BIB SWITCHES, or BANDITS for this event. And NO DOGS ALLOWED on the course!!! All registered runners will receive a tech shirt and post race meal. There are no race day sign ups for this event.
