Shawangunk Ridge Trail Run

The Shawangunk Ridge Trail (SRT) is a 70-mile trail that traverses the entire length of the Shawangunk Mountains. This event celebrates the preservation of these mountains and encourages people to experience their beauty.

The event includes three divisions: 70-mile (for seasoned trail runners), 30-mile, and 1/2 marathon (suitable for fast hikers and runners).

Start Lines, Times and Shuttle Buses

• 70 Mile Race: Start 6:30 PM, Friday, Sep 11th. Start Location: High Point Monument, High Point State Park, NJ.
• 30 Mile Race: Start 9:00 AM, Saturday, Sep 12th. Start Location: Sam's Point Preserve Visitors Center, Cragsmoor, NY.
• Half Marathon Race: Start 10:30 AM, Saturday, Sep 12th. Start Location: Peter's Kill Area, Minnewaska State Park.

Shuttle buses are available from Rosendale. Registration closes: Sun, Sep 6 @ 11:59 PM ET.

Note: This is an unsupported event. Participants must bring their own food and water. The trail is rugged with rocky sections, difficult footing, squeezes, or scrambles.
