Description

The AB Korkor Foundation is excited to introduce the Steps For Strong Minds 5K Run/Walk, a family-focused mental health event designed to be accessible, community-centered, and welcoming to participants of all ages and abilities. The Strong Minds Sprint is a 40-yard dash for kids ages 10 and under. Proceeds support programs promoting mental health awareness and physical activity for kids.

Kids 13 and under participate for free. All participants must register, and youth must be accompanied by an adult.

Virtual Option

A virtual option is available for those who cannot attend in person.
