Awards will go to the top finisher in each of the following categories. Age Groups Male and Female: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79

Virtual 5K

Stomp Out 5K also has a virtual option! Register online to run or walk anytime between April 24th-April 27th. You’ll be able to run on your own time and on your own trail, route or even your treadmill. This virtual event is designed to inspire you to support the cause even though you can't race in person. The event will take place over two days to give you the flexibility to complete your run or walk when it is best for you.

Included with the price of your 5K Virtual Registration:
- Printable digital race bib
- Printable digital finisher certificate
- Race results in searchable format (separate from the live results)
- Satisfaction of virtually racing with your friends
- Virtual Race does not include a t-shirt

Here are the easy steps to follow to get the most out of your virtual experience:
1. Register Online
2. Digital Bib – print your race bib to wear during your run or walk.
3. Submit Results between April 24th-April 27th– Submit Results HERE
4. Submit Photos – from your run or walk showing your bib and share on the Facebook event page.
5. Have Fun!

About Phoenix Recovery Academy

Phoenix Recovery Academy is a recovery high school in the heart of Frederick, MD. We meet the individual educational needs of teens recovering from substance use disorder with care, compassion, respect, and rigor. We are an approved nonpublic high school and the only recovery high school in Maryland. In addition, we run an afterschool program, Alternative Peer Group (APG). Funds raised from this event will go towards needs of the school.
