Strides For Disability 3K/5K

Strides For Disability 3K/5K is an exciting event taking place at Marina Green in Long Beach, CA. This event offers two courses for participants to choose from. The 5K Run/Walk is a challenging distance of 5 kilometers and costs $40.00 to enter. The 3K course is a shorter distance of 3 kilometers and costs $10.00 to enter.

The location of the event is just steps away from the beach, so participants are encouraged to bring their beach chairs, towels, and sunscreen. A beach ball will be provided so you can enjoy a day at the beach after the walk.

All registered participants will receive a shirt, bib, finishing medal, Easterseals branded draw-string bag, beach ball, and water. Additionally, there will be a Partners Plaza with music, games, snacks, drinks, giveaways, a photobooth, and entertainment for everyone to enjoy.

The timeline for the event is as follows:

- 7:00am: Registration and Partners Plaza Opens

- 8:45am: Stage program with Mission Moments

- 9:15am: 5K run begins

- 9:30am: 3K family fun walk begins

- 11:30am: Event concludes
