Sulphur Springs Trail Race 2026

Join us for an exciting weekend of trail racing at the Sulphur Springs Trail Race, Canada's oldest Ultra trail event and Ontario's largest. This event is also an Ontario's only WSER 100 Qualifier.

The race features a challenging 20K looped course through the beautiful old Carolinian forest of the Dundas Valley Conservation Area in Ancaster, Ontario, with over 500m/1500ft of elevation gain per loop.

Event Schedule:

• Saturday, May 23, 2026: 100 Mile, 100K, 50 Mile, 50K, 100 Mile Team Relay, 50 Mile Night Relay
• Sunday, May 24, 2026: 10K & 20K Trail Races

Key Features:

• Western States Endurance Run (WSER) 100 Qualifier for 100 Mile and 100K finishers.
• Canada's oldest Ultra trail event, dating back to 1992.
• CUP FREE event – please bring your own hydration vessel.
• Aid stations provide hydration and food, with port-a-potties available.
• Poles are permitted for distances 50 Miles or longer.
• Team Relay options available for 100 Mile and 50 Mile Night races.
