Come join us as we bring back a classic race to Sunset Lake. This race was a staple of the South Jersey triathlon scene for many years. The swim and run portions of this event take place in and around Bridgeton Park and the Cohanzick Zoo on paved trails and closed roads. The bike portion takes place on scenic country roads. The bike course is heavily monitored by police and will be on partially closed with only limited local traffic. The run course is on paved trails and closed roads.

Not a triathlete but enjoy cycling? This event has a bike only option

New For 2025 We are excited to announce that we will have Gradient Bike Shop on site. Gradient Bike Shop is a mobile bike shop and they will be at our events offering their services as bike mechanic to you free of charge. We will have NovaCare Rehabilitation on site offering pre and postrace stretching and massages.

  • Sprint: 1/4 Mile Swim , 13 mile Bike, & 5k run
  • Olympic: 1500 Meter Swim, 26 Mile Bike & 10k Run (2 Loops)
• Duathlon Distances
  • 2 mile Run, 13 Mile Bike, & 5k Run
• Aquabike Distances
  • 1/4 mile Swim & 13 mile Bike
• Swim/Run Distances
  • 1/4 mile Swim & 5k Run
• Bike Only
  • 26 mile Time Trial Start

Race Day Schedule

• 6:00 am - Parking opens (parking is at the high school about 1/2 mile from transition)
• 6:30am - Packet Pickup opens
• 7:50am - Pre Race meeting
• 8:00 am - Race Starts
