Packet Pickup: Under the shelter house next to the finish line in Paul Ogle Riverfront Park. Free parking is available one block north of the park.

Description: Come and "Uncork the Fun" at the Annual Swiss Wine Festival Vevay River Walk/Run 5K. The 5K will begin at the edge of the Ohio River and progress down scenic Market Street, circling Vevay before finishing back at Ogle Riverfront Park. The course is flat and fast, on hard surface streets. Stay for the Swiss Wine Festival, featuring food booths, entertainment, Arts & Crafts, Grape Stomp, Amusement Rides, a Grand Festival Parade, Fireworks, and Riverboat Cruises.

The Run: All runners will be timed. Awards will be given to the top finisher in each of the 7 age categories (male and female divisions), plus overall male and female winners. A random prize drawing will be held for all participants after the event. Age Brackets: 14 and under, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+

The Walk: This event is competitive, with awards for the top female and male walker. No age categories.

Donations: Proceeds benefit the local high school cross country team.
