The Algonquin 50K

The Algonquin 50k is a 50k-ish trail race that promises a scenic route with minimal elevation change, perfect for both new and experienced ultrarunners. The course is primarily on trails, with stretches that may be sandy depending on weather conditions. Be ready for various weather conditions and ensure you're prepared for a thrilling day on the trails.

Participants must complete the race within 8 hours. Aid stations will be available every five to six miles, providing hydration and nutrition options including Tailwind, soda, potatoes, and snacks.

Awards and Swag

Finishers will receive handmade local ceramic mugs. Awards will be given to the top three men and top three women finishers.

Please note that this is a non-profit, eco-friendly event, and we ask runners to respect the environment by following the "pack in, pack out" policy.
