This high-energy 5K team challenge puts three-person teams head-to-head in timed competition where strength, wit, and teamwork matter as much as speed. Teams race in multiple competitive heats, completing 3 laps around the 1.05 mile course. At the end of every lap, teams face a physical or mental challenge that must be completed before moving on. Push through fatigue. Rely on your teammates. Stay sharp under pressure. Every decision, every rep, every step counts. Whether you’re chasing the podium or testing your limits, this challenge demands focus, resilience, and unity. Assemble your Squad. Run hard. Execute the challenges. Advance as one.

Registration Steps

• Team Captain registers and creates Team with a memorable or fitting Team Name. (F3 teams, start with F3)
• Team Captain creates a Team Password
• Recruit 3 Team Members
• Team Members register and search for their Team Name and use the Team Password to join.
• Teams will be assigned a team color to distiguish yourselves within your assigned heat.
• If you are looking to join a team, you are a "Free Agent". Use the "Contact Form" and we will help you find a team.
