The Fools' Ultra: Revenge of Champy

The FOOLS’ Ultra is a group of foot races across many regions of New York State, starting at Niagara Falls and traversing East across the state, following the Olympic Torch route through classic Adirondack villages. The finish is along Lake Champlain.

Racers will be broken into two categories: Un-Afraid (self-supported) and Afraid (supported with a crew).

Races:

• 420 mile ultra: Starts at Niagara Falls. Racers have 13 days/305 hours to complete.
• 200 mile ultra: Starts on the shores of Lake Ontario. Racers have 8 days/192 hours to complete.
• 100 mile ultra: Starts on the beach in Cranberry Lake. Racers have 2 days/48 hours to complete.
• 50 miler: Starts in the shadow of the Olympic ski jump complex in Lake Placid. Racers have 24 hours.
