About The Race: The Ivy Trek Ultra, organized by Time 2 Run Race Timing, is set in the scenic Clarkco State Park. The park offers cabins, camping pads, and primitive camping facilities. The trails are described as deceptively hilly, mostly double track with some single track, featuring bridges and views of Ivy Lake. The race is designed to be challenging yet enjoyable, with the start/finish area near parking and ample space for tents and blankets.

Camping: Overnight camping, cabins, and pad fees are separate from the race entry fee. Reservations are recommended due to high demand. Contact 601-776-6651 for reservations.

Packet Pickup: Friday, September 25th, from 3 PM to 7 PM at Pavilion #2 (start/finish area). Race morning pickup is also available near the start line; arrive early.

Race Day Schedule:

• Gate fees are included with entry.
• Race Day Packet Pickup: 5 AM to race time (No race day registration).
• 50K Start: 6:30 AM
• 25K Start: 7:00 AM
• 12.5K Start: 7:15 AM

The Course: A 7.78-mile loop consisting of mostly double track and some single track. The 50K is 4 loops, the 25K is 2 loops, and the 12.5K is 1 loop. Short cutting is not permitted.

Awards: Awards are given for Top 3 Males/Females overall, Masters (40+), Grand Masters (50+), and Senior Masters (60+) for each distance. Participants who drop down in distance receive a medal but are not eligible for awards in the lower distance.

Aid Stations: One aid station on the loop, plus the Start/Finish area. Participants must carry a water container.

Course Time Limit: 10 hours. Participants not starting their final loop by 2 PM will be asked to end their race and will be listed as a 25K finisher.
