The Rocky Hill Triathlon returns for the 11th year in Exeter, California! We are the best kept secret in the Central Valley with a course that is challenging and showcases the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. Our fun course will help push you to new limits and you can earn some of the best swag to prove it! We will be offering two different distances on race day. The Short Course will have a 400 yard swim, 12.5 mile bike & 3.1 mile run. The Long Course will have an 800 yard swim, 24.8 mile bike & 6.2 mile run. New this year is the 10k course which is challenging with two climbs over Rocky Hill. Or choose the 5k which is less challenging. We are USAT sanctioned.
