The Rolley Coaster

Event Details

Welcome to the 3rd Annual Rolley Coaster Loop Event, hosted by Run Like A Girl Adventure's Inc. This family-friendly event supports the Mission SAR Team and aims to educate the community on outdoor safety and preparedness.

Registration opens December 1, 2025, and spots are limited to 150 participants. The event takes place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Rolley Lake Provincial Park.

Event Information

• Support Cause: Mission SAR Team
• Registration Period: December 1, 2025 - May 26, 2026 (or until 150 participants are reached)
• Donation: $5.00 from every registration goes to Mission SAR.
• Event Duration: The course is open for 8 hours. Participants can run or hike as many loops as they wish.
• Timing: Not chip timed; loop counts and finish times are recorded manually.

Registration Includes

• Finishers medal
• Finish line food/party
• Aid station fuel
• A super marked course
• Loop count and timing (not chip)
• Draw prizes
• An award for the winner of most loops
• $5.00 donation to Mission Search and Rescue Team

Event Options

• Local Event: Loop course open for 8 hours. Run or walk at your own pace and distance.
• 1K Fun Run: For all ages, non-technical trail paths.
• Virtual Event: Run your chosen distance or time wherever you live. Event package mailed to you. Registration closes April 1, 2026.
• Relay: For the local event, split the 8 hours with a partner. Partners must register separately.

Course Information

• Location: Rolley Lake Provincial Park - Bell Street, Mission, BC V4S 1C6
• Trail Type: Rolling trails, mixed forests, wide dirt trails, and single track. Features include footbridges, streams, and waterfalls.
• Distance: 8km loop for the main event.
• Ascent/Descent: 344 meters of ascent and 347 meters of descent.
• Technicality: Technical uphill and downhill sections; not suitable for wheels.
• Duration: Course open for 8 hours.
