Join us for The Runners Shop Longest Day Ekiden Relay Race at Tommy Thompson Park. This is a team running event where participants pass a Tasuki sash to symbolize teamwork.

Location: Tommy Thompson Park, Leslie Street, Toronto, ON, Canada

Registration: Opens Monday, May 4 at 10:00 a.m. Cost is $180 per team.

Team Structure: Each team has 6 runners:

• 2 runners x 10K
• 3 runners x 5K
• 1 runner x 7.2K

Start Times:

• 7:00 p.m. – Two 10K runners start
• 7:05 p.m. – Three 5K runners start
