Thumbs Up 5K & 10K - 11th Annual

The Thumbs Up 5K & 10K is an annual event dedicated to raising awareness for mental health and providing support and resources to all participants. Join us for a day of races, activities, and community engagement.

Event Details

The event will take place on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Lake Orono Park in Elk River, MN. Participants can choose from various race options including a 5K Walk, 5K Run, 10K Run, 5K Bike, and 10K Bike.

Activities

Aside from the races, there will be kids activities, food trucks, beverages, and various vendors on-site. Participants can also enjoy the obstacle course, bounce houses, face painting, and more.
