St. Louis’s only three-day trail running stage race, presented by Terrain Trail Runners! This event is hosted at Greensfelder County Park (Beulah Shelter) in western St. Louis County, Missouri, and is designed for adventure seekers looking for a full weekend of challenge, community, and unforgettable trail running.

Participants will experience tough races, great fellowship, and some of the very best trails STL West County has to offer, winding, climbing, and descending through the rugged Rockwoods Reservation, Rockwoods Range, and Greensfelder park systems. The event includes creek crossings, scenic vistas, bluffs, and dense forest.

Race Schedule & Distances:

• May 15, 2026 - Stage 1: 21-ish Mi - Tour de Rockwoods Range (Approx. 2,650 ft elevation gain)
• May 16, 2026 - Stage 2: 26-ish Mi - Tour de Rockwoods Reservation (Approx. 4,150 ft elevation gain)
• May 17, 2026 - Stage 3: 25K-ish - Tour de Greensfelder (Approx. 1,850 ft elevation gain)

Start Times & Cutoffs:

• Stage 1: Friday, May 15, 2026 - Start Time: 7 AM - Cutoff: 8 Hours
• Stage 2: Saturday, May 16, 2026 - Start Time: 7 AM - Cutoff: 9 Hours
• Stage 3: Sunday, May 17, 2026 - Start Time: 7 AM - Cutoff: 6 Hours

Sustainability:

This is a CUP-FREE event. Participants must bring their own drinking receptacle. A collapsible cup will be available for purchase ($5). A mess kit (plate and spork) is also required for post-race food.

The event is part of the Trail Mix Fund, aiming to improve diversity in trail racing by covering registration fees for under-served individuals.
