The Tough as Nails Urban Challenge presented by The Health Plan is a 20+ obstacle, 6-mile challenge that will push participants to the limit downtown in the city of Wheeling, WV on Sunday, May 24, 2026. This is a true all-round physical and mental test for 16 years or older runners, walkers, weightlifters, fitness enthusiasts, and anyone in between. Across more than six miles of body-breaking urban terrain you will traverse abandoned cars, scale flood walls, climb your way over obstacles and claw your way up impossible inclines, all on your way to a triumphant finish! After working to destroy your body, we are partying with family and friends that includes food, drinks and live music.
