Troublesome Hollow isn't just a race – it's a journey through the birthplace of both country music and Yeti Trail Running, where swinging bridges sway over crooked rivers and fire towers touch the mountain sky.

Course Highlights

• Flat and fast riverside trails
• Iconic swinging bridges and trestles (hard bridges available for the less adventurous)
• One "small" hill to the famous fire tower
• 25K runners enjoy the scenic Benhams to Mendota section with double crossings of the famous swinging bridge

• 50K Packet Pick-Up: April 24, 2025, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at Birthplace of Country Music Museum, 101 Country Music Way, Bristol, VA 24201. Stay for the country music history movie!
• 25K/Walk Packet Pick-Up: Race morning at 7:00 AM at start/finish location.
