The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk Series was created to honor the heroic life and death of Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter (FDNY) who lost his life on September 11, 2001. The event supports our nation’s fallen and catastrophically injured first responders, military heroes and their families.

This is a 5K (3.1 miles) event that can be walked or run. Anyone can participate.

Packet Pickup:

• Saturday, June 21st from 6pm to 8pm at Stony Hill Firehouse (59 Stony Hill Rd., Bethel Ct)
• Sunday - Onsite at the event at Bethel High School Football Field

Registration: Registration will be open until the start of the run. Day-of registration is available, but shirts and sizes are not guaranteed for late registrants.

Parking: Plenty of parking is available at Bethel High School.

Race Details: This is a timed race. Runners predicting a pace faster than 6 minute/mile will be seeded in the front corral. Awards are primarily based on firefighters, police, or military running in gear.

Swag: Everyone who registers by June 10th is guaranteed a race t-shirt.

What to Bring: Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted. Firefighter turnout gear and military backpacks are also permitted. Please leave personal items and valuables in your vehicle.

Fundraising: Registration fees do not count towards fundraising goals. Donations are accepted for 6 weeks after the event. Participants can create their own fundraising pages.
