- 8.15 am - check in for juniors & senior race
- 8.45 am - Check in and transition closes for kids race (bikes must be racked before this time)
- 8.50 am - Junior race briefing
- 9 am - kids race start
- 9.15 - 9.40 am - kids finish and medals
- 9.15 am transition closes for seniors (all bikes must be racked in transition at this time)
- 9.30 am - seniors race start
- 10.30 - 12 pm - all seniors presented with race medals at finish line
- 12-pm on wards - regional series awards

- Junior (U13): 300m swim, 12K ride, 3k run - A$40.00
- Medium Distance: 600m swim, 18k ride and a 5k run - A$60.00
- Long Distance: 600m swim, 18k ride and a 5k run - A$70.00
