48-Hour Challenge: Starts Thursday at 6:00 PM and ends Saturday at 6:00 PM.
24-Hour Challenge: Kicks off Friday at 6:00 PM and wraps up Saturday at 6:00 PM.
Other Distances: Start Saturday morning at your designated time.
The looped course is approximately 4.6 miles with 370 ft of elevation gain and loss per loop. It features a 50/50 mix of single-track trail and dirt service road, with rolling hills and wooded areas. Runners will pass by Baum Lake and can enjoy starry night skies during evening runs.
The aid station/staging area offers snacks, soda, water, electrolytes, hot food, and a broth bar.
Sign up before the swag deadline (October 1st, 2025) to receive a T-shirt, buff, and coaster. Solo runners hitting 100 miles or more earn a belt buckle. Awards are given for the most miles run, including a cash prize. Medals are awarded for completing one or more loops.
The burro race offers 12-hour, 4.6-mile, or 13.8-mile options. Racers must bring their own donkey and ensure humane treatment. For an official finish, the burro must carry a shovel, pick, and pan in a pack saddle.
