Join us and help DFW kids with cancer! Registration includes...

Is there gear check or a place to leave personal items? Yes, bag check is located near check-in on the day of race.

Can someone else pick up my packet for me? Yes. We will just need their first and last name and which race they are participating in.

Where is parking? Across from the park at Collin College.

Is parking free? Yes.

Will there be water stations on the course? Yes.

Will I get a medal/shirt? Yes!

Are there restrooms or porta-potties near the start/finish or on course? Yes.

Parking Info

Event parking will be available at Colin College across the street. There will be NO PARKING AT THE RACE START. Thank you!

About Us

Since 1980, Wipe Out Kids' Cancer has offered comfort and hope to kids with cancer through support programs serving the entire family and funds innovative research leading to new discoveries and treatments in the fight against pediatric cancer. WOKC takes a wholistic approach to this fight, and that approach features three primary initiatives. WOKC refers to pediatric cancer patients as “warriors” and the Warrior Family Programs are designed to benefit every member of the family throughout this journey. WOKC funds cutting-edge pediatric cancer research that represents advancements in treatment outcomes which include early detection, prevention of harmful side effects, and less invasive treatments. The WOKC Buddy Bag is provided for every DFW child hospitalized for a suspected pediatric cancer diagnosis or hospitalized to begin treatment for a pediatric cancer. The bag is strategically filled with hygienic, comfort, and entertainment items designed to ease the unexpected transition from home to hospital. Every bag includes an iPad which allows the patient to keep up with schoolwork, FaceTime friends and family, and download entertainment to watch during cancer treatments. This is why we run!
