The Women's Distance Festival 5K (also known as WDF 5K) is a road race exclusively for female participants of all ages. It is held at the Athletic Building of Howard Community College in Columbia, MD. It is one of many events that comprise the Maryland RRCA WDF Series.

Howard Community College's Athletic Building is located off Dragon Place, near the campus entrance on Campus Drive & Hickory Ridge Road, Columbia, MD.

• WDF 5K Price: $43.40 incl. $3.40 Fee (Price increases after March 22, 2026 at 11:59pm EDT)
• WDF 5K [VIRTUAL] Price: $32.80 incl. $2.80 Fee (Price increases after March 22, 2026 at 11:59pm EDT)

The Premier Running Club in Howard County! The Howard County Striders are an incorporated non-profit organization dedicated to promoting lifetime fitness through running, based in central Maryland. We sponsor or support many types of activities, including high quality race events, group runs, low-key weekly races, and a robust complement of training programs for both adults and youth, from beginners on up, to support continued active lifestyles in the community.
