YMCA Corporate Cup 5K Run/Walk

Race Details

The YMCA Corporate Cup 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for Saturday, March 28, 2026, in Baton Rouge, LA. This event is designed to promote wellness in the workplace and foster camaraderie among colleagues. The race features a 3.1-mile course near Downtown Baton Rouge, across from the Cane’s River Center on S. River Road.

Event Divisions and Courses

The event offers multiple divisions to suit various participants:

• 5K Run/Walk - Individuals Open Division
• Fun Team Competition (3 members, not necessarily from the same company)
• Corporate Team - Division 1 (1-50 Employees)
• Corporate Team - Division 2 (51-100 Employees)
• Corporate Team - Division 3 (101-250 Employees)
• Corporate Team - Division 4 (Over 250 Employees)

Pricing and Registration

Early registration is available for $25, with prices increasing to $35 and then $45 closer to the race day. Registrations made after March 15, 2025, will not include a T-shirt. Race bibs with timing chips are required for scoring.

Awards and Recognition

Awards will be presented for various categories, including overall fastest time, top teams in each division, individual male/female winners, masters, grand masters, seniors, and special awards like the Corporate Wellness Award and Best Team Name.

Additional Information

The event includes chip timing, and participants can enjoy a post-race party. Strollers are permitted, but pets, bikes, skates, and skateboards are not allowed. Registration is non-refundable.
