The Yolosa la Cumbre is an endurance event that takes place on October 3, 2026. It includes several challenging courses, such as the Yolosa La Cumbre 63 km, Yolosa Chuspipata 31 km, and Yolosa Chacaltaya 88 km.

The event involves ascending "El Ascenso al Cielo por el Camino de la Muerte". It is divided into two main sections: a 31 km dirt trail from Yolosa to Chuspipata, followed by a 32 km asphalt road from Chuspipata to La Cumbre, with an average gradient of 7%. Support and aid are permitted on this final section. Hydration points are available at the start of the asphalt section and in Pongo. The route concludes at La Cumbre, at an altitude of 4,657 meters.

Since 2024, a third segment, La Cumbre - Chacaltaya, has been added, covering an additional 24 kilometers. This extends the total distance to 88 km with an ascent of 4,928 meters, finishing at 5,280 meters above sea level.

The event is organized by Yolosa la Cumbre and takes place in the Yungas region of Bolivia.
