Race Packet Pickup & Day-of Registration

Race packets can be picked up on November 26th between 3-5:00 PM at Woodstock Elementary School, 15 South St., Woodstock, VT 05091. Day-of registration is also at Woodstock Elementary School between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM.

Event Details

This is an enjoyable family event to support Zack's Place. The Turkey Trot is a 5K run and walk held on Thanksgiving Day, established in 2007. It has become an annual fundraiser, with over 1,600 participants in 2024 raising $119,000. All proceeds support operational costs.

The race begins in front of the Woodstock Elementary School at 10:00 AM. The run meanders through the historic Village of Woodstock, towards Billings Farm, around Mountain Avenue, and back around The Town Green, ending at the starting line. An award ceremony with refreshments and a band follows the race.

Note: Dogs and pets are not permitted in this event. Parking suggestions are provided.
