Description: 13th Annual Superhero 5K Run, Walk, or Fly! Saturday, April 18, 2026. Hello Superheroes for Children! All participants are encouraged to wear a Superhero costume!

Schedule of Events

• 8:00 a.m. Check in Begins! (There will be NO day of registrations accepted.)
• 8:45 a.m. Kids' Super Dash - Free race for kids - No registration needed.
• 9:00 a.m. Start Time ALL 5K Superheroes take off!!

• What does my registration include? All sponsor complementary registrations and paid registrations will receive our Superhero 5K T-shirt (prior to Midnight, Sunday, April 5th), LOTS of SUPER fun and Superhero Goodie Giveaways!
• Can kids do both the Kids' Super Dash and the full 5K? YES!
• When does registration close? Registration will close Midnight, Friday, April 17th PLEASE NOTE: t-shirts are not available if you register after April 5th.
• Can I register in-person? NO. Online registration only.
• Will there be a Superhero Costume Contest? YES!
• Can I pick up my t shirt and bib before race day? No, pickup will be held race day morning only starting at 8:00 am.
• Can I bring my dog? We adore our furry friends! For the comfort of all participants, we welcome service animals only please.
• What if I want to make an additional donation? (Thank you!!) When you complete your registration there is an option to make an additional donation to our program.
• Are there awards? Yes awards will be given to the 1st and 2nd place in the categories Men 18+, Women 18+, and Under 17 (combined men and women)
