15th Annual Frigid 5K

Join us for the 15th Annual Frigid 5K at the Lemont Park District! This chilly run through Centennial Park in Lemont is the perfect way to kick off the holiday season. Don your best ugly sweater or fun holiday gear and hit the pavement with fellow runners.

Stick around after the race for the fun after party, complete with a hot chocolate bar, awards, and refreshments. Awards will be given to the top three runners in each standard age category for both men and women.

Please note that the online registration deadline is November 14th. If you miss the deadline, you can still register in person for $55, but your hoodie is not guaranteed. Race day registration is $65, and a hoodie is not guaranteed. The race kicks off promptly at 8am, so be sure to arrive early.

Parking, packet pick up, and gear check will be at the CORE Fitness Center. Packet pick up is on Tuesday, November 28th and Wednesday, November 29th from 4pm-8pm both nights at The CORE, located at 16050 127th Street in Lemont.

Please note that pets and strollers are not allowed on the course. All runners must be able to complete the 5K in one hour or less. Don't miss out on this fun and festive event! Register today and get ready to run!
