2023 Fall Frenzy 4 mile/8 mile

Join us for the 2023 Fall Frenzy 4 mile/8 mile race at South Mountain Park in Phoenix, AZ. This exciting event offers two distance options: a 4 mile race and an 8 mile race.

The 4 mile race is priced at $25.00 - $30.00, with a special youth rate of $15.00. The 8 mile race is priced at $35.00 - $40.00, also with a youth rate of $15.00.

The race will start and finish at the South Mountain Activity Center. Same-day on-site registration will begin at 6:00 a.m. The 8 mile race will start at 7:00 a.m. and the 4 mile race will start at 7:10 a.m. Please note that all runners must be off the road by 10 a.m.

The courses for both races are on roads only, with no trails. Runners can pick up their bibs on race day starting at 6:00 a.m.

Awards will be presented to the top 3 finishers overall (male and female) and the top 3 finishers in each age group. Age groups range from 13 & under to 80 & over.
