2026 Barry Island 10K
Sun, sea and sand provide the backdrop to the Barry Island 10K – renowned for its feel good atmosphere and varied route. Races start and finish at the iconic Whitmore Bay, which also hosts an exciting Event Village with live music, entertainment, stands and tasty street food. Relax on a deck chair post-run or enjoy an optional (but very much encouraged) dip in the sea on Barry’s golden sand beach. The race forms part of the R4W 10K Series.
