2026 BEACH RUN

The turquoise crystal clear waters, white powdery sands, fresh sea breeze of Goodmans Bay beach , Nassau Bahamas, makes the Beach Run a must do on your summer running calender. Your choice of a fun run or walk for two or four miles would be the highlight of your Bahamas Summer seasons. After you've work up a sweat running route A or B, in our race village, sample on some of the native fruits that are in season, quench your thurst buds with local hydration fluids sponsored by one of the local brewerys, or relax in one of our lounge chairs as the waves of Goodman's Bay shoreline splash on you and cool you off. We know that you have spent all summer preparing that sizzling beach body, just to enter our best beach body, best abs contest. Event details and schedule

COURSE: Walk or Run for two or four miles on white powdery sands of Goodmans Bay Beach, Nassau Bahamas.

START: 6am sharp

PARKING: Ample parking in a well lit parking lot, about 50 ft from the beach

FINISHERS MEDALS: Cross the finish line and receive one of our cool summer themed medals

RACE FEATURES: swag bags, Cold Ice towel at the finish line, cool off in our lounge chairs in the turquoise crystal clear waters.after you've completed our two or four miles course, native fruits available after finishing the course, fun games afterwards-tug-of-war

AWARDS: Trophy for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd male and female to cross the line, trophy for the best Beach Body (male and female), trophy for the best Abbs (Male and female)
