The 2026 Don't Sit on Colon Cancer 5K & 1 Mile Walk is a special event focused on spreading awareness about colorectal cancer prevention and life-saving screenings. The race brings together survivors, family, friends and community supporters who are passionate about fighting colon cancer. On March 28, 2026 we will be running and walking to remember those lost, honor those fighting, and to celebrate the survivors of Colorectal Cancer throughout Hampton Roads. Join us!
