2026 Frigid 10K and Frosty 5K

Description: This event includes a 10K and a 5K run. Donations will support the Mental Health and Addictions (MHA) Program at Joseph Brant Hospital and Hamilton Food Share.

• Friday, March 13th: 11:00 AM - 04:00 PM at Stoney Creek Running Room Store
• Saturday, March 14th (Race Day): 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM at The Discovery Centre
