The 4STEPS THERAPEUTIC RIDING 5k is on Saturday, February 21, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM EST.

This 5K trail race will be held at the Wicomico Ranger Station on Sixty Foot Road in Parsonsburg, MD. The race will run through forested trails in the beautiful Wicomico Demonstration Forest.

All funds raised will go directly to 4STEPS, which provides low-cost and scholarship therapeutic riding services to the special needs community. Through sensory integration and motor skill motivation on horseback, they help individuals enhance their dynamic posture, muscle tone, socialization, mobility, cognitive abilities, and overall quality of life.
