BEAR CHASE

The BEAR CHASE is on Saturday, July 11, 2026 in Bertha, MN. It includes a 1 Mile Run/Walk, a 5k Run, and a 5k & 1 Mile Double race.

Events:

• 1 Mile Run/Walk: 8:30AM CDT - 9:00AM CDT. $22.20 (includes $2.20 fee)
• 5k Run: 9:15AM CDT - 10:30AM CDT. $32.80 (includes $2.80 fee)
• 5k & 1 Mile Double: 8:30AM CDT - 10:30AM CDT. $38.10 (includes $3.10 fee)

Registration: Opens March 1, 2026 at 8:00am CST. Online registration ends July 8th. After June 28th, prices increase by $5 per race, and shirts are not guaranteed. Race-day registration is from 7:15 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.

Location: Bertha-Hewitt High School, 310 Central Ave, Bertha, MN 56437, US

Course: Participants in both races will take a shuttle bus to the start line and finish in front of the Bertha-Hewitt School. The 1-mile course is paved, flat, and fast. The 5k course has small rolling hills.

Awards: Ribbons awarded to the top three finishers in each division for both races. Trophies to the top male and female in both races.
