Miles for Melanoma 5K is more than just a race — it’s a powerful show of love and support for a wonderful father, husband, and coach. Join us at Broadford Park in Oakland, Maryland as we come together to support Stephen Champlin and his family in his fight against melanoma. We will start the morning off together in prayer to show our love and support for him. This event is especially meaningful because it is being organized by Bentley Wise, a 4th grader, who wanted to do something big to support his Uncle Steve. With a huge heart and determination beyond his years, Bentley is leading this effort to show his uncle that he is not fighting alone. Every step we take represents hope. Every mile we complete shows Steve how much he is loved and supported. Whether you run, walk, or cheer from the sidelines, your presence makes a difference. Let’s fill Broadford Park with encouragement, strength, and unity. Let’s show Uncle Steve how much we support him. Let’s fight with him. One mile at a time.
