Bubble Run | Seattle 2026

Event Details

The BUBBLE RUN™ is an event where participants, clad in white t-shirts, run, walk, dance, and play across up to 3 miles of fun! Waves start every 3-5 minutes. Participants will run through Foam Bogs with colored foam. The foam is 100% safe.

Please plan on arriving 30-45 minutes prior to your wave start to allow time for parking, collecting swag, and checking in. Waves within your heat will be released every 60-90 seconds. The last wave within your heat will depart 30 minutes after your scheduled heat start time.
