Caveman Roar n' Pour 5k Trail Fun Run/Walk & Wine Tasting Event 2026

This is the 12th year for the popular Caveman Roar n' Pour 5k Trail Fun Run/Walk & Wine Tasting Event. Participants can dress up as Cavemen or Cavewomen and run or walk through vineyards and natural desert landscape with views of the Columbia River. After the run/walk, enjoy 4 Cave B wines, live music, and a pre-ordered lunch or picnic. The winery is located in Quincy, Washington, near the Gorge Amphitheatre.

The trail run offers beautiful views and is suitable for all levels: walkers, joggers, and runners. It's a great training run with many photo opportunities.

Wine Tasting: 5K wine tasting for those 21 and over, featuring 4 Cave B wines, runs from 9:30 am to 1:15 pm.

Lunch Options: Pre-ordered catered lunch from Friend's Riviera (3 entree options) or bring your own picnic. All food must be pre-ordered by April 17, 2026. Pre-ordered lunches available for pickup from 10:45 am to 1 pm.

T-shirt Guarantee: Register by March 16, 2026, for a guaranteed long-sleeve racing T-shirt. Shirts are picked up at check-in. After March 16th, shirts are not guaranteed but may be available.

Registration Deadlines:

• Guaranteed Shirt Registration: January 8, 2026 - March 16, 2026
• Late Registration (T-shirt not guaranteed): March 17, 2026 - April 17, 2026
• Online Registration Closes: Friday, April 17, 2026
• No day of registration.

Packet Pick-up & Start Times:

• Runners: Check-in 9:00 am - 9:30 am. No big group start.
• Walkers/Walk-joggers: Check-in 9:30 am - 10:45 am. No big group start.

Schedule:

• Live Music: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
• Wine Tasting: 9:30 am - 1:15 pm
• Lunch Pickup: 10:45 am - 1:00 pm
• Awards: 1:10 pm
• Event Ends: By 1:30 pm

Costume Prizes: Awards for best costume, best team theme and spirit (4-6 people), and best human and dog combo.

Team Option: Form a team during registration. Teammates must register individually and join the created team.

Waiver: Every participant MUST sign a waiver.
