Event Details

The Combustion Anniversary Beer Mile celebrates the brewery's 10th anniversary with a fun and challenging event. The race starts and finishes in the Combustion Brewery parking lot.

What is a Beer Mile?

Chug a beer, run a quarter mile. Repeat this four times for a total of one mile.

Events and Heats

• Beer Mile (Individual): Four heats available, each limited to 16 participants.
• Relay Team Beer Mile: For teams of 4 people.

Schedule

• Heat 1: 10:00 AM EDT
• Heat 2: 10:30 AM EDT
• Heat 3: 11:00 AM EDT
• Heat 4: 11:30 AM EDT
• Relay Teams Heat: 12:00 PM EDT - 12:30 PM EDT

Registration

• Registration opens: November 27, 2025, at 12:45 PM EST.
• Open to ages 21 - 99.

Rules and Requirements

• Must be 21+ with valid ID.
• Beer provided by Combustion Brewery in plastic cups.
• Participants must have a Designated Driver or arrange for transportation (Uber, Lyft, etc.).

Awards

• Trophy and gift card for 1st place overall male and female finishers.
• "Woodel" for all finishers.
• Top male and female finishers in each heat will be recognized.

Course

A 1/4 mile loop with the start and finish at Combustion Brewery. The event involves drinking one beer at the start and running a 1/4 mile, repeated four times.
