DBC GIFTS OF LOVE COMMUNITY 5K

Description: This 5K run/walk raises funds for book bags, school supplies, and gift cards for uniforms for homeless school-aged children and families in need. The event includes both in-person and virtual participation options.

In-Person Event:

• Registration opens at 8:00 AM.
• Opening ceremony at 9:00 AM, followed by the run/walk.
• Route is a paved 3.9-mile trail (5K).
• Refreshments available at each mile and after the event.
• Medal ceremony following the event.

Virtual Event:

• Participants can choose their own route and distance.
• Livestream of the opening ceremony available on the DBC Offices Facebook page.

Registration:

• Online registration closes June 8, 2026, at midnight.
• On-site registration available on event day.
• Registered participants receive a DBC Gifts of Love 5K event t-shirt.

Sponsors: The goal is to raise $25,000.
