Demarest 5K

The Demarest 5K is a long-standing tradition in the Northern Valley that inspires runners and spectators young and old. At our community event, children run in stride with their families and with seasoned runners from surrounding areas. After the 5K, the annual One Mile Fun Run takes place for all to participate in freely! The Principal's Challenge is a gradual training program that is run at each of the Demarest elementary schools leading up to the 5K. Demarest school children (K-8) participate and run weekly with their Principal and coaches to build healthy habits, stamina, and sportsmanship. Lastly, they participate in the 5K event with their community.

• Course name: Principal's Challenge (includes 5K)
  Prices: $60 per Individual Child, or $130 Family Value Rate (3 - 5 family members)
